Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Cybrix (the “Service”), operated by Cybrix, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Cybrix is a Claude-native deployment platform that packages your project and deploys it to Cloudflare's global edge network, returning a live URL in under 60 seconds. The Service is accessed via a Claude skill in any MCP-compatible client and managed through the dashboard at app.cybrix.cc.

3. Account Requirements

To use the Service, you must:

• Have a valid email address
• Own or have permission to deploy the project you submit
• Be at least 16 years of age
• Not share your account credentials or API tokens with others

4. Pricing and Payment

The Service is offered on a Free tier and a paid Pro plan. Current pricing and feature details are available on our pricing page.

Pro subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless cancelled. You can cancel anytime through the dashboard. Refunds are provided only in cases of service failure or billing errors. Payment is processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Deploy content that is defamatory, fraudulent, or infringes third-party rights
• Distribute malware, phishing pages, or other harmful content
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
• Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the Service
• Abuse Cloudflare's infrastructure in violation of their Acceptable Use Policy

We reserve the right to remove content and terminate accounts that violate these terms, with reasonable notice where possible.

6. Your Content

You retain full ownership of all content you deploy through Cybrix. Your build output belongs to you — download it any time and host it anywhere. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your projects. You grant us a limited license to host and serve your content solely to provide the Service.

7. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Free tier projects may be subject to bandwidth limits. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any material change to service terms or the discontinuation of the Free tier.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with Cloudflare, Anthropic (Claude), Stripe, and Telegram. We are not responsible for changes to these third-party services that may affect functionality. You are responsible for ensuring your use of connected platforms complies with their respective terms.

9. Intellectual Property

The Cybrix platform, including its API, dashboard, and skill architecture, is owned by Cybrix, LLC. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the platform to you.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cybrix, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

11. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time through the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your deployed sites remain accessible on Cloudflare until you remove them. You have 30 days to export account data before it is deleted from our systems.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or posted on the Service at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
